Terms and Conditions

Payment methods:

We accept all kind of payment methods, including bank transfer and PayPal.

We DO NOT accept cash on delivery as payment method.

Shipping:

Shipping will occur within 3/5 working days of the order date (unless otherwise specified in the advertisment) and it will be made by express delivery.

As soon as products will be sent, you will received the tracking code in order to track in real time your shipment.

Right of withdrawal:

Product sales via the Internet are regulated in the articles 45 to 67 of the Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer code). This legislation provides the Consumer with the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing him the right to return the product and to obtain the reimbursement of expenses incurred.

The Costumer is responsible for the decreasing of the value of products, caused by any use other than the one which is required in order to establish the nature, the features and the performance of the products, for example:

– the lack of the original packaging;

– the absence of items integrating with the product.

The right of withdrawal is strictly reserved for Consumers (legally recognized as natural people who buy product for purposes other than the ones connected with their own professional, commercial or business activities); for this reason, it is not for legal people or natural people who buy for purposes linked to their professional activities.

The costs of refunding will be verified.

Methods and timing of the exercise of the right for withdrawal:

The Costumer has a period of 14 (fourteen) day to withdraw.The withdrawal period ends 14 (fourteen) days after the delivery of the products or, in the case of services, after the conclusion of the contract. Within that period, Costumers must notify Luthier Mirko Migliorini of the intent to withdraw through these methods:

By sending a registered letter with a reply notification of receipt or a certified e-mail (PEC) to the following address:

Within 3 (three) working days of the notification of withdrawal, Luthier Mirko Migliorini will send to the Costumer (to the e-mail address indicated in the order form or in the withdrawal request) the Authorization Number which will identify the dossier.

Within 14 (fourteen) working days of the receipt of the Authorization Number, the Costumer will ship the product carefully packaged to the following address:

The Costumer must write the Authorization Number, attributed by Luthier Mirko Migliorini, on the packaging. The deadline shall be deemed to have been observed, if the Costumer ships the product before the expiry the period of 14 (fourteen) days.

Methods and timing of reimbursement of product costs and shipping charges to the Costumer:

According to the Italian article 56 of the Legislative Decree no. 206/05, Luthier Mirko Migliorini will repay all the payment within 14 (fourteen) days of the receipt of the notification of withdrawal, including the delivery costs (except for all the additional costs connected with the choice of a kind of shipping different from the less expensive and standard one, offered by Luthier Mirko Migliorini); in any case, the Costumer will not pay anything as a consequence of that reimbursement.

Luthier Mirko Migliorini can withhold the reimbursement until he receives the product or until the Costumer demonstrates that the product has been sent, whichever is the earlier.

For the purchases made with through one of the following methods of payment:

– Bank transfer

Luthier Mirko Migliorini will proceed to refund your money through bank transfer.

For the purchases made by Credit Card, you will be refunded through the cancellation of the transaction on the same Credit Card.

For the purchases made by PayPal, you will be refunded by crediting the PayPal account of the Costumer.
